The Reports section allows you to generate, view, and share inspection reports based on your 3D model analysis.

Report Types

DeepInspect3D supports several types of inspection reports:

Integrity Assessment Reports

  • Comprehensive evaluation of structural integrity
  • Based on AI analysis and manual inspection
  • Includes defect categorization and severity ratings
  • Recommends maintenance and repair actions

Defect Documentation Reports

  • Detailed catalog of identified structural issues
  • Includes precise location data for each defect
  • Visual documentation with annotations
  • Measurement data for defect size and scope

Comparison Reports

  • Track changes over time with sequential inspections
  • Highlight new defects or deterioration
  • Quantify structural changes
  • Trend analysis for predictive maintenance

Executive Summary Reports

  • High-level overview for stakeholders

Report Generation

Reports can be generated in several ways:

  1. Automated Reports: Created directly from AI analysis results
  2. Manual Reports: Compiled by inspectors using the platform
  3. Combined Reports: Human-verified AI analysis with additional notes

Report Content

A typical DeepInspect3D report includes:

  • Project Information: Basic metadata about the infrastructure
  • Inspection Details: When, how, and by whom the inspection was conducted
  • Model Information: Technical details about the 3D models used
  • Analysis Results: Findings from AI and manual inspection
  • Defect Inventory: Catalog of identified issues with severity ratings
  • Visual Documentation: Annotated views of the structure

Report Export

Reports can be exported in multiple formats:

Report Sharing

Control who can access your reports:

  • Share with specific team members or stakeholders

From the Reports section, you can:

  • Create new reports
  • View existing reports
  • Edit and update reports

  • Delete obsolete reports
